Business Objectives
Est.1954 is a record label with an added difference. Its aims are to invest in the undiscovered talent pool of the South West UK Music scene. Like most record labels we manage the activities our signed artists, we also use our skills & flexibility to establish bespoke relationships with unsigned artists and artists who release with ‘indie’ labels to enable them to achieve their maximum creative potential with a sound management service.

Record Label
As an operating record label we are actively looking to sign artists, record, produce and release music. For more information please email Joan Allmark
Artist Management
For artists / bands that are either Un-signed or signed to other labels we offer a management service. We can provide a bespoke package of any of the following services.
- Tour Management
- Gig Booking / Networking / Promotion
- Marketing
- Press & PR
- Merchandise
- Recoding Services, Studio Hire, Pre-Production, Session Musicians, Producers, Engineers etc
Artist Development
Here at Est.1954 we recognise the potential of artists and bands at early stages of their career. We understand for our collective experience that far too many ‘natural talents’ are overlooked or miss-represented which often prevents their progression in the industry. One of our key business objectives at Est.1954 is to invest in this talent and share our knowledge and experience to help the artist progress to the next level. With experience of successful development programmes we are able to work closely with developing artist to guide and often accelerate the creative growth.
